Vegetable Mineral Broth
The base of our vegetable mineral broth is sweet potatoes... organic, locally-sourced, nutritious, sweet potatoes.
We use sweet potatoes because they are exceptionally rich in heat-stable antioxidants beta-carotene and alpha-carotene. They are an excellent source of Vitamin A and a very good source of vitamin C, vitamin B6, manganese, potassium and other minerals.
Other vitamin & mineral-rich vegetables in our broths are:
Kale, Celery, Red Potatoes, Onions, Carrots, Parsley, Garlic
Our vegetable mineral broths are slightly sweet, from the sweet potatoes, with a fresh green vegetable flavor.
For our spicy version, we add cayenne peppers to make a delicious sweet and spicy broth that can be used for cooking as well as sipping like a lovely vegetable tea!
